7/23/2023 EnchantaVaughn Approved 1.Behavior: QMHP-C meet with Anthony during an individual session in the home. Focus was to introduce conflict resolution skill to assist with anger management as it relates to coping skills. 2. Behavior: Anthony displayed negative behaviors during this portion of the session evident by him walking out of the room when discussing with his mother about his behaviors and how he needs to learn how to communicate better with his feelings and emotions. 1.Intervention: QMHP-C processed with Anthony about the importance of him using self-control when he begins to feel angry. QMHP-C discussed with the Anthony how he must take responsibility for himself when he does become angry and not constantly blame the negative aspects of his life 2. Intervention: QMHP-C encouraged Anthony to handle self-conflict peacefully and praised him for finding positive things to focus on when angry. QMHP-C role played with Anthony the appropriate way to communicate his feelings and emotions to those who are in authority. 1.Response: Anthony was receptive to the therapeutic practices of coping skills as it relates to patience, self-control, and anger management. Anthony was praised for using tips with an older sibling in that moment when his older sibling came and picked up his cup and drank the rest. 2. Response: Anthony reports that he tries to get along with his siblings in the home and he tries not to use profanity when he is upset but when he does not have his medication because his grandmother forgets to give it to him that is when he gets in trouble the most.
